Midwinter & CKI Convention Registration Information
Please take a moment to read the information below before registering for the conference.
Kiwanis Members:
For this conference, two different registration options will be available to you:
1) Package Registration - For a single fee of $125.00 per person, this registration option entitles the member to access to ALL conference functions and meals including the Friday Casino Night! This provides a savings of $60.00 per person over the a la carte pricing!
2) À la carte Registration - The traditional option of a la carte registration is still available, where you can pay $40.00/person for registration and then select only the meals you wish to pay for. Individual meal pricing is on the registration form.
Note: To encourage Kiwanis-Family Relations, Kiwanis and CKI attendees will have tables assigned for the Saturday Fellowship Luncheon.
The current prices in both registration options are only valid until 11:59pm EST on February 12, 2010. After this date, the package registration fee will increase to $150.00 per person and the a la carte registration will increase to $50.00.
CKI Members:
There is only one registration option for CKI members which provides all of your meals on Saturday and Sunday as well as your workshop materials, entertainment, convention souvenir T-shirt and program. This option is $110.00 per person through 11:59pm EST on February 12, 2010. After this date, the registration price is increased to $135.00 per person.
The registration price does NOT include your hotel room. You must reserve your room with the Hyatt Regency Crystal City by CLICKING HERE to make online reservations or by calling (703) 418-1234 and mentioning the group name "CIR1". Maximum of quad occupancy will be STRICTLY enforced.
NOTE: The Friday Casino Night event is for Kiwanis members and guests only and is not part of your registration fee.
Guests, Spouses or CKI Alumni (who are not Kiwanians):
You have the option of registering for the conference at a rate of $10.00 which will entitle you to a program, namebadge and souvenir T-shirt. This will permit you access to the workshops but not to general meal sessions. You may purchase the meal sessions a la carte.
However, if you wish to attend several meal sessions, you may instead purchase the $125.00 Kiwanis Package Registration and receive access to all functions and meals of the conference at a discount.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
The Capital District of Kiwanis and CKI utilize the same policy for cancellation of attendance at any district events. All registrations processed through this web site and received by mail are binding. Members who register for but do not show up for a district event are still financially responsible for paying that registration fee unless cancelled in writing.
Cancellations for registrations are accepted up until the early registration deadline of February 12, 2010. After this date, no cancellations are accepted.
