American Red Cross

Ms. Farr was appointed American Red Cross National Chair of Volunteers by CEO Gail McGovern in September, 2008 after serving as National Chair for Finance from July 2004.  She holds a BA in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and a MBA from Yale University.

Paul Palazzolo, 2009-10 President
Kiwanis International
Mr. Palazzolo was elected Vice President of Kiwanis International at the 92nd annual convention in San Antonio in July 2007.  He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and is the auditor of Sangamon County, Illinois.

Barbara E. Joe

A native of Boston, MA and long-term Amnesty International volunteer leader, Ms. Joe holds a B.A. degree in sociology and an M.A. in political theory and public administration from the University of California, Berkely. She has lived or traveled in more than 45 countries. Joe is currently a freelance writer and Spanish interpreter and translator living in Washington, D.C.
